Explore the islands on a bike or go swimming, snorkelling, diving, fishing, windsurfing, kitesurfing or beach-combing. Take a quiet snooze beneath a palm tree or enjoy the Cocos Malay culture. Relax and read a book or head down to the Cocos Club with your guests in the evenings for a drink with the locals.

ACCOMMODATION SUITES:

All suites are self contained with en suites, modern kitchens, flat screen tv and Ipod docking station, wireless internet, queen size beds, air conditioners, ceiling fans and each suite overlooks a central tropical garden on a private decking.

TROPICAL GARDEN:

The complex is surrounded by a lovely tropical garden with a variety of local palm trees and plants. Cocos Seaview also has a covered outdoor entertainment area in the garden for all guests. This entertainment area also includes an electric BBQ, rice cooker, wok, dining table and chairs as well as cane lounges, while the Indian Ocean is only a one minute walk.

GLASS BOTTOM BOAT:

Included in the sale is a 5.5m glass bottom boat which has the potential for another business on the Island. There is only one other operator doing glass bottom boat tours on the Island at present. There is room for two and a unique different tour could be started. Due to lifestyle choices the current owners have not followed up on this possibilty of extending the business.

GIFT SHOP:

An exciting opportunity exisits to expand this small souvenir gift shop, attached to the house currently selling light clothing and gifts. The souvenir clothing shop is newly opened now attracting many locals, paying guests and the passing tourist trade. With more stock arriving soon and marketing soon to start through the visitors center this shop has great potential. Again this is a lifestyle choice, we are open when we are not fishing or entertaining with the locals.

GUEST BOOKINGS:

Most of our accommodation bookings are made through our web site with ever increasing repeat customers. The online booking button allows automatic bookings that pay up front. At the moment there is approx 80% occupancy rate. Again, due to lifestyle choices, this could be increased.

LOCATION:

Located 2768km northwest of Perth, the Cocos (Keeling) Islands are a tropical paradise relatively untouched. Cocos Seaview is located on West Island in a quiet leafy cu-de-sac just 700 metres from the centre of town. The town centre has shops, restaurant, Cocos Club bar and other Island facilities only a ten minute walk away.
